Print File Set Up:
*Ensure 0.125″ total bleed all around (0.0625″ for each side is required) and all important type and images are within the safe margin (0.0625″ from the cut line). Large format (Banner/Sign…) no need bleed.
*All images must be CMYK at 300 dpi. / Large Format at 150 dpi (Basic) or 300 dpi (Best). Do not use RGB, Pantone or other color system.
*Embed or outline all fonts.
*Large black areas should be in rich black (C50/M50/Y50/K100).

Important Info:
*Digital cutting may have up to 1.5mm off on any side.
*Because of differences in equipment, paper and inks and other conditions between color proofing and production pressroom operations, a reasonable variation in color between color proofs and the completed job is expected, unavoidable and shall constitute an acceptable delivery. 2TD will make every effort to produce a reasonable representation based on materials supplied by the customer; however, 2TD does not guarantee color matching. Unfortunately time to time there is a misrepresentation of color due to soft proofing because of calibration of one monitor to another.

Return Policy:
All sales are final. Every print job is carefully inspected before it is shipped from our facility. If there is an issue with your job, or if it’s damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 7 business days after your package arrives. All claims MUST be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is lost or delayed by the shipping courier. Returned products must be returned in full for a refund. Should your print job contain manufacturing errors and/or defects, we will return and ship a new job at no charge. 2TD reserves the exclusive right to judge what a manufacturing error and/or defect is.
